Our Discord has a channel per topic and you pick the ones you want when you join, so you are not dropped into fourteen rooms at once. Reading without posting is completely fine. There are no clinicians in there, so it is other people rather than treatment.

Answers across the 9 questions add up to a single score. A higher score means more frequent symptoms, not a diagnosis. Here is what each range means.
- 0-4: Minimal
- Your responses don't point to a significant level of depression right now. If something still feels off, it's always okay to talk to a professional.
- 5-9: Mild
- A mild result is common. Keep an eye on how you feel, and consider talking to a GP or mental-health professional if it persists or worsens.
- 10-14: Moderate
- A moderate result is worth discussing with a GP or mental-health professional, who can explore what's going on and what might help.
- 15-19: Moderately severe
- A moderately severe result suggests it would help to speak with a GP or mental-health professional soon. Support is available and effective.
- 20-27: Severe
- A severe result suggests it would really help to speak with a GP or mental-health professional soon. You don't have to manage this alone, and support is available and effective.
A score is a prompt for a conversation, not a diagnosis. Only a qualified professional can diagnose, and they will consider far more than a questionnaire.
