Do I need to create a password?
No. MyFreud is designed to be simple and secure. You don't need to create a separate password. The app uses your device's existing authentication methods, such as Face ID, Touch ID, passkeys, or other secure sign-in methods supported by your device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore purchases?
If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore your purchase during onboarding by selecting the subscription screen and tapping Restore Purchases. This will reconnect your existing subscription to your account.
How do I report a bug?
